Have you experienced any “culture shock” here in the United States?
When I first came here, I didn’t speak English at all. Americans have a completely different mentality.
Also, organic food is expensive here. In Russia, all food is organic.
What is the most difficult thing about English for you?
Many people use slang. In the English languages, slang can be difficult.
What is a tradition, celebration, or holiday you have in your country, that we don’t have in the United States?
In Russia, the main holiday is New Year’s. It’s a family holiday. In the United States, it is more of a day for fun.
