Copy of Passport (valid for at least 6 more months).
Copy of Student Visa (or approval letter)
Recent Bank Letter or Bank Statement showing ‘proof of funds’, equivalent to $1200 for each future month of study. (For example $3600 for 3 months)
If funds are coming from a sponsor, please provide a Sponsor Affidavit Support Form and Sponsor I.D.
Transfer Eligibility Form Complete the top part and ask your current school to complete the bottom part.
